Please send M/s Bluestar Tour and Travels any correspondence regarding reservations for tours or travel services.
Payments: To secure a booking for any services, a confirmed advance payment is required. The remaining balance can be paid before departing from your country or upon arriving in India, but it must be made before the services begin. Management staff members have the authority to determine the advance payment amount based on the type of service and the remaining time until the service starts.
Aside from the aforementioned, full payment is needed in advance in specific situations, such as Special Train Journeys and reservations for hotels or resorts at the busiest times of the year (Xmas, New Year).
Payment Method: Wire transfers to our bank are the accepted method for making advance payments from overseas.
Cancellation Policy: We require written notice in the event that tour or travel services are canceled for any reason, whether preventable or unavoidable. Cancellation charges, which would be as follows, would take effect from the day we get written advice.
forty-five days before the trip: 10% of the tour/service price paid 15 days in advance: 25% of the tour/service fee paid seven days in advance: 48 hours before arrival, 50% of the tour/service fee, OR No Show: Not Given Back
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).
The payment is not refundable from December 20 to January 5 during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. If you decide to cancel your trip after it has started, we will only be able to reimburse a certain sum, which will also depend on how much we are able to collect from the contractors and hotels we use. We are not liable for any refunds for unutilized hotel rooms, chauffeured travel, missed meals, etc.
